Upon death, all armor that was currently worn would disappear. All other items in inventory would remain dropped. This issue was supposedly resolved in 1.20.1, however, the issue has resurfaced. Unsure of cause, death was by kinetic energy (elytra crash), but cause of death may not be related to the issue.
