[MCPE-180203] Wind charges don't interact with others projectiles like on java edition

Steps to reproduce
Launch a projectile like an egg. And thrown a wind charge on it.
Observed results
It don't break it, it is the same with others projectiles.
Expected results
Wind charges should interact with others projectiles like on java edition.

Is this still an issue as of 1.21.21, seeing as MCPE-179660 was fixed?

Untriaged reports are not generally resolved as Fixed unless you can find a specific fix version. As the issue is no longer reproducible in the latest version, it has been resolved as Cannot Reproduce.
