[MCPE-180341] Throw a splash potion of the wind charging and the colors change

When I downloaded this update, I wanted to try the new potions, and when I used splash potion of wind charging, I noticed when I threw it that the color had changed ( from grey to blue ) , as the color of the potion was grey. I hope the two colors match
