Ghasts are spawning out of control!

Hello Mojira, some time I've noticed some bugs, and sometimes when I go to the Nether, it's common for me to walk through caves and hear noises from Ghasts and find experience and gunpowder on the floor ... Until I happened to observe some open places in Nether, And as always, it is common for me to hear the screaming of Ghasts, but until I discovered that the ghasts are spanwando in a small area on the Minecraft Wiki, they say they spawam in a 5x5 area, plus I saw many ghasts spawarem in 4x4 areas, and In places they can not even get the tentacles off the ground! I ask that in future updates like 0.16.2 or 0.16.3 correct this! And increase your spawn area. And do not end there, I also noticed that many of them are born together in groups, it is easy to be born 2, 3 ghasts at a time, and this leaves me vulnerable to attacks ...
