The computer of any model can purchase RTX maps from the market and download them as long as they are logged in to Minecraft Preview, even if the device does not meet the system requirements related to the map (which may cause damage to the corresponding device)

Can confirm. There appears to be 2 separate "Free" buttons for some reason. One of which is greyed out and displays the expected compatibility error message, meanwhile the other allows the user to download said packs.
