I don't know if it's a bug or not so the menu button size is an error I use 70 too big I use 40 too small but the top button is the right one I use 70 when I use 40 too small I also use 50 and it's a little too small so it's a bit difficult to play I don't enter the one 50 because it's complicated to open Minecraft and set it up. I edited the screenshot and gave it red. I logged in again to Minecraft. There was a bug, so I just gave 70 and 40. I don't know why this happened when I used version 1.21.20, it's still safe.

Seems like a feature request. You could try turning on the "Customize Controls (experiment)" and resizing the controls there, which won't affect the size of the top menu 🙂.
