I'm not sure what this one is specifically called but for the past few months of me playing it, it's keep occuring on many marketplace map. I did not use any texture pack and only uses the one provided by the map creator. Sometime happen on the featured server too

Yes, this issue happens all the time the text popped out. So far all the marketplace world that I have and server. This issue did not occurred on the standard world, so far.

Is this still an issue as of 1.21.22? If so, then does this happen in "Minecraft"-branded Marketplace maps or only in maps made by third-party creators?

Yes, it’s still happening as of the current update. Though I haven’t checked the 3rd party world since they barely uses it.
