[MCPE-180614] Banner not appearing as craftable

When I want to craft a banner, I am not able to even though I have 58 wool and 45 sticks. I have made many banners with the crafting table in the past, but in the last week I have not been able to craft them. Thank you.

Yes, it is the same issue. Sorry I couldn't find previously reported comments on the issue. I used the keyword "banner" but none seemed to match my issue.
