Navigating to the Minecraft Bedrock Servers Tab displays the infamous 'Pink Glitch' or checkerboard box around the image elements of the UI.
– Simply just browsed around Minecraft's settings menus and the Marketplace, before navigating to the Servers Tab and seeing this.

If you had any global resource packs enabled, does disabling them fix it?
Speaking from personal experience, I've had this occur when I accidentally deleted some of the cached files under "Cached Data" in the Settings > Storage tab. Even then, restarting the game seemed to solve the issue for me, so that's unlikely to be the case here.
This could also be an installation issue, as the game is having difficulties fetching said global resources. I recommend backing up all your saved worlds and reinstalling the game to see whether that fixes it.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
