Item Name/Tooltip missing when selecting items in the inventory

For some odd reason when I select any item in the inventory it doesn't show its name at the bottom of the screen like it did before. This makes it harder to tell similar looking items apart, such as goat horns, enchanted books, or music discs.

Selecting items in the hotbar when not in the inventory is the only time the name still appears.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play any world

2. Open the Inventory

3. Tap on any item, such as the items in the Survival inventory, the hotbar, or the items in the Creative Inventory

Expected: The item's name/tooltip to appear at the bottom of the screen

Observed: The item's name/tooltip is not showing up
