[MCPE-181347] Can't join friends game even though we’re on the same wifi

I can’t join my friends game while we’re on the same wifi , it’s come up with unable to join world, I have tried to join serval times and this error message always comes up even thought she can join my game
But also while she is in my game she get kicked out every 5 or 10 minutes very frustrating please help us
