I was making a skin in Minecraft for the Nintendo switch in the 4th skin slot and it wasn't changing features to what I selected so I got out of it and deleted it, then I started customizing all over again. I was trying to change the eyes but they wouldn't change so I tried to exit out of the menu but it wouldn't let me so I switched to the premade skins that are apart of skin packs and I picked one but it wouldn't let me exit out then either. I closed the game since I was basically soft locked in the menu and i booted up the game again and now the 4th skin slot is stuck on buffering, I can't delete it or start customizing. During the time of writing this I have left the menu open for a while and it still hasn't loaded anything. I don't want to delete the game and redownload in case of the risk that I lose anything. I'm not sure how to fix this issue. The image that I attached shows the buffering 4th skin slot.
