Floating head and weapons through body

Ever since I joined realms my characters head floats when I sleep and swim. And when I hold weapons they are through my body like the trident is impaled in me, I'm skateboarding on my bows, leads appear through my forehead. Microsoft name is Twisted Soul 84

Do you have any resource packs/add-ons enabled?

I do not have any resource packs or add-ons turned on in my realm. Everything started when I upgraded from my world to realm due to maximum storage space used for bedrock (im on Playstation)
