I just uploaded videos of them not working since someone wants me to do their job and walk them step by step what should happen here goes.. 

Step 1. I place powered rails with Redstone touches or Redstone blocks under them to give power to the rails.

Step 2 when I place a minecart, hopper minecart,etc.. and push it or place it over powered rails the cart should continue to move throughout the tract til it hits other powered rails til the course I set out is complete. Without it stopping prior. 

Observation the carts stop at certain points

Expected results. Minecart shouldn't stop if nothing is blocking them and then just come from powered rails, I expect yall to fix the bug..

From mojang poll on X its not 70% that can get on realms. The "30%" that cant get on is more like "74%" that cant get on. This is day 4 of not getting on realms.. I dont care if servers go down for 2hrs, if im paying for something yall need to make sure it's up to par and working.. A compensation is required and a free month at this rate. As of today August 7th the issue still has a lock on each of Victor's clothing pieces. Still waiting to unlock them and I been done the trophies for them. Twisted Soul 84

This issue is not resolved it's still locked and unavailable 

I do not have any resource packs or add-ons turned on in my realm. Everything started when I upgraded from my world to realm due to maximum storage space used for bedrock (im on Playstation)

I'm having this issue as well on bedrock they sent me an email to this ticket.. glad you got it resolved so I guess we just wait in line lol. My name on it is Twisted Soul 84
