[MCPE-181778] Creating or choosing a character creation in the dressing room

When trying to create a character it would change a few things such as the base or hair but then it will bug out and prevent you from leaving the dressing room unless you restart the game. Another issue is that some of previously made characters wouldn’t show up but instead it will keep showing loading icon.
