Game is getting low, crashes and throws me out of the game

During this weeks i started to give a pause to the app because the game was getting low when i'm running in a map or when i'm around 1,000 blocks away of the center of the map (like "1,010, 90, -1,010" cordinates, for example) and when there's wood the game get's lower till the screen turns black and throws me away from the game, And when im again trying to enter to the game the data was not saved and i los a lot of game progress. now i was playing and it's happening the same. what's the problem? someone is passing the same thing as me? i hope it. saddly i cant attach any evidence, because when the game stops the phone stops too, but when that happens appears a glitchy screen
