I've had this issue for months before, I bothered to make an email but I just forgot to answer back. So my issue is that I've been trying to import my skin on Minecraft for days and it always says that it's not a skin when it is, I even checked if it was 64x64 and PNG and it was but it just doesn't seem to work. It's been irritating me since I've been wanting to change my skin to something cool and not basic. please let me know when this is issued.
