[MCPE-182003] Health bar animations is very fast

Steps to reproduce:

In the world, get the golden apple;
Eat the golden apple;
Look at health bar animation, it is very fast, which is not the case with Minecraft: Java Edition.

It also affected the hearts animation when health is low, in my opinion
