Steps to Reproduce :
Place End Rod Horizontally in 2 Block Height
Place Boat under the End Rod and Get in the Boat
Move the Boat to the End Rod
Observed Result :
Black Texture Appears with Full Sized Block and The Normal End Rod Inside it
Expected Result :
The End Rod Should Appears Normally
