Explanation
If a creeper is affected by a potion and explodes, the lingering cloud effect will not be released like in Java Edition.
Previously reported MCPE-31373 and MCPE-36718 for the same issue have been resolved as invalid for unknown reasons.
However, with fix MC-272084, this temporarily removed behavior was re-added and appears to work as intended.
This change was introduced in 24w21a, so this parity issue may be valid since it is a change since the Buzzy Bees update.
Steps to reproduce
[step 1]
Adds effect to creeper.
[Step 2]
Make the creeper explode.
Observed results:
No cloud effect occurs.
Expected results:
A cloud of effect occurs. **

This is still a non-valid parity report, as MC-272084 fixed an issue with an already existing feature that had been in the game for ages, but had stopped working after an update.
The feature wasn't introduced in 24w21a, it just stopped functioning, hence its "reintroduction".
