I went on my bedrock account to check if my new TikTok and Twitch capes were added, and they were, but I also noticed the cape I usually use on Java edition, the Cherry cape, was not on the list of capes I could use.
I use the same Microsoft account for both Bedrock and Java versions, so I'm not sure how it'd be added to my Java account but not my Bedrock account. After some research online I saw a couple people with the same problem, and a couple people with the opposite problem (Cherry cape on Bedrock and not Java).
Also the same goes for the Migrator cape, but I don't know if that was meant to be on Bedrock version or not.
I know the TikTok/Twitch capes are not on Java yet.

Did you join the live event server during the event? This was the criterion for receiving the cape on Bedrock.
