I have not received any of the Minecraft Live character creator items, including the Cherry Blossom cape, the three mob-related items, and the reward for finding all 9/9 hidden mobs. I received the prompts in the server to collect the items, but after accepting each, I do not see them in my character item options. I only have the one Microsoft account. I clicked "collect" on the cape and mob items on Minecraft for iOS and clicked "collect" on the mob scavenger hunt reward on Minecraft for Windows (since I completed the scavenger hunt on PC). Neither of my devices show the items. I removed and reinstalled Minecraft on my iPad, but this did not resolve the issue either.

I am also able to still use items in the character creator before and am also able to buy and use new ones. Only the Minecraft Live items are missing.

Update: I still have not received any of the Bedrock items. However, I did receive the Cherry Blossom cape for Minecraft: Java Edition. I only voted on the Bedrock server, so this proves that I definitely did vote, yet a bug affected my ability to claim the cape on Bedrock. Again, this is the same Microsoft account.

I also have the same issue, I already spoke with the Minecraft customer service but unfortunately the did not give me any solution, I played and got the message to claim the cape but once I went to my cosmetics I do not see the cape or any of the rewards for play on the server, I also voted in the launcher but I still not receiving any of the rewards for playing, I want the cherry cape at least back in my bedrock account because I claimed it

Hi, please don't comment if you have a different kind of problem. The Cherry Blossom cape in Bedrock was obtained by entering the Mob Vote 2023 server, not by voting on it. So if you only voted on the website or in the launcher without actually joining the server during the event, you won't get the cape in Bedrock.

For some reason i commented here earlierand it got deleted, I was saying the same thing happened to me BUT I voted on java edition for the armadillo since i have it, AND went on the bedrock server to claim it since i didn’t know it wasn’t the only way, I explained more on the eariler comment a little more in-depth but it doesn’t matter, These are my screenshots of whatever proof I have, since i only got it on Java Edition:

Unless I just can't see them for some reason it seems mine and others' comments have been deleted as well. I have the cape on bedrock after voting in the server, but still don't have it on java. From what i remember someone else's deleted comment also mentioned this issue. I know that realistically nothing is going to happen but here is my proof anyway.

Did my comment get deleted? I have the email of someone commenting in this thread about reaching out to support... and I wanted to give it a shot as well, and so I asked here where to contact support.

But anyways, to keep the thread afloat, my issue, which is the same as everyone's (not receiving the cape despite voting) has not been resolved.

This is being a little frustrating. It's been more than half a year since the Mob Vote, I have tried to reach out to mojang support twice and both times they refused to help me saying they can do nothing about it

In another cases like this, the Mojang dev teams told users to reach mojang support, but as you can see this dint help. And regarding this case, there haven't been any feedback from the developer or a "we are working on this" message.  
Please I will really appreciate if you could help me with this
