[MCPE-187626] Dear Management

Hello! Nice to meet you!

I have been playing minecraft for a long time and have noticed something inexplicable, so I would like to ask a question.

I would have participated in the mob vote a year ago (from bedrock edition and launcher), but the cherry cape only arrived for the java edition and not for the bedrock edition.

So I contacted Microsoft and mojang several times and did not get satisfactory answers.

Why can't I get it after attending the event?
