I don't have the cherry blossom cape on the bedrock edition even though I have it in the java version on the same microsoft account

so every who have minecraft have 2 votes?(java & bedrock?) I cant log in on mobile bedrock with every microsoft account and do 1000 votes?

In Bedrock Edition, the Cherry Blossom Cape is obtained by entering the 2023 Mob Vote Event server, but in Java Edition it can be obtained through voting in any means (minecraft.net, Minecraft Launcher, Mob Vote Event server).
