Today I entered the voting server of Minecraft Live where as soon as you enter, you get a cape (cherry cape). When I entered, it looked like the gift and the "GET" button just below, as I show in one of the attached images, the fact is that after voting on the server. When I exit the server to the game menu and enter the dressing room to use the cherry cape, it does not appear, as if I had not received it. I've already tried how to get in and out of the game, plus I've talked to friends and they do have it. I didn't get the cape. Could you fix it and give me the cape? (It hurts me a lot not to have the layer because of a bug).
