im having the same issue and no one is helping and i cant show images due to having a corrupted HDD when it happened and i claimed it so long ago that support wont help at all and im frustrated that i have waited 3 years for it and still nothing and im reaching out now cause ive been busy irl and trying to get my stuff fixed
