I am experiencing an issue where my Cherry Blossom Cape is missing from Minecraft Bedrock Edition, even though I previously received it and wore it. However, the cape still appears in Minecraft Java Edition on the same Microsoft account.
Issue Details:
I originally received the Cherry Blossom Cape on Minecraft Bedrock Edition and remember equipping it.
The cape correctly synced to Minecraft Java Edition, meaning my account still owns it.
However, it is now missing from Bedrock Edition across all my devices, including both PC (Windows 10) and mobile (Android/iOS).
Other capes, including a newer one I received recently, have synced correctly.
What I Have Tried:
✔ Restarting the game and logging out/in.
✔ Checking both Character Creator and Classic Skins in the Dressing Room.
✔ Testing on multiple devices (PC and mobile).
✔ Ensuring my game is fully updated.
Since my Java Edition still recognizes the cape, it seems like a Bedrock-specific bug that caused it to disappear. Could you please investigate this and help restore my cape on Bedrock?
