Significant unplayable input lag ever since 1.18.30 and it's getting worse with every update. (Android / IOS but less effected)

Almost unplayable input lag on mobile devices even with keyboard and mouse connected. Force enabling "reduce input delay" in options.txt does nothing. 

The lag has been there since after 1.18.12 and only increasing in severity while I remember the lag on my laptop, it's now gone but there's lag on my phone and it's worse even after upgrading to a gaming phone.

Affected devices include but are not limited to:

• RedMagic 9 Pro (Extreme Gaming Phone)

• Xiaomi Poco F5 GT (Gaming Phone)

• Xiaomi Redmi 12T Pro (Flagship)

• Redmi note 11 Pro 5G

• Redmi note 10s

• Redmi note 8 Pro (1.18.12+)

• Redmi note 8 Pro (different build, 1.18.12+)

• Samsung S22 

• Samsung S21

• Samsung galaxy J5

• IPhone 12 Mini (Unverified yet)

• IPhone 11 (less severe)

• IPhone (saw on a Minecraft PE pvp hand showcase)

• IPhone (same here)

• Some tablet (video complaining about the issue)

Platforms that run new Minecraft with better results than gaming phones:

• IOS devices (input lag is about 3-5 frames)

• Laptops (about 2 frames)

• PCs (don't own one but friends do)

I wouldn't be complaining if I could just download 1.18.12 again and live like that. But android bye bye'd old apk's making 1.18.12 no longer functional on the majority of android phones now.

Java emulator can run Minecraft Java a lot smoother with better controls than bedrock despite being unofficial. But this is going to be a different post. 

I 1v1'd my brother on both Minecrafts (me being mobile and him being laptop) and I always lost on bedrock but Java was 1:1. This is really telling of the performance but could also be telling of how bad the controls on bedrock are. Again, that's gonna be a different post.

I really believe I don't need to provide more to prove that this is an active issue that's being overlooked for years. 

But it depends on how hard some people are going to actively fight my claims trying to throw the blame on something else or delaying the solution by time or never bringing them at all.

I miss playing Minecraft properly

Please, actually fix this.
