For a few months now, I've had multiple different things I bought or gotten from the marketplace, that I wanted to start downloading, simply not. The oldest one has a blue box with an exclamation mark over it in the top right corner, which I saw in another report that was important to note.
I don't remember why it started, but I didn't start downloading multiple things at the same time.
Honestly if there was just a "cancel download" button then it'd probably start working again.
I can't use anything because nothing has downloaded, which is because nothing will download. It's limited to stuff located in the "my stuff" section of the marketplace. Things like skinpacks or outfit stuff don't get caught up in the backlog.
