[MCPE-18273] There are random bits of snow all over the world

There are random peices of snow all over the world and as you walk around when its raining it will change from rain to snow all the time even when your not in a snow biome. (Device: Samsung galaxy E running Android 6.0.1)

This has been fixed, sadly though, any world that was affected by this will remain like that but it should not happen in any other worlds that were not opened when this bug was present. This is one of the reasons we recommend backing up world's especially during a beta.
