can not download my bedrock realm on pc but can on xbox

I still can't download a realm for my Minecraft world to the PC although I am able to download it on the xbox to that machine. the PC locks up after the initial download world message completes at 1.5 GB and there it sits hanging never doing the in the installer whatever it does next for some reason the PC cannot complete the import into the local machine. I think that it just seems to lock up and hang forever at that point. i've let it sit for 12 hours and it still doesn't come back.

also I cannot download the world on the chromebook which i've got for mobile use. Minecraft says that I do not have enough memory although i've got 64 gigabytes of space on the chromebook. Minecraft thinks that it doesn't have enough space on the chromebook for my 1.5gb world. for some reason Minecraft only allows a limited amount of space in an android machine and the chromebook, which is an android machine, has much more space than that allowable for a 1.5gb download.
