When using flint and steel, netherrack cant be set alight. i understand that you dont want to introduce fire spreading as it would cause lag but the game should have better flint and steel so you can set mobs and animals alight along with netherrack.

There is no fire in Minecraft Pocket edition, flint and steel is used to blow up tnt.
