[MCPE-182968] Addons cannot be removed from Realms

Addons cannot be removed from Realms, and you also can't delete them, so now if an addon gets updated and you need to install it, it'll just stack, possibly breaking the addon and sometimes corrupting the world.

its also started doing exactly yhis to some singleplayer worlds ive imported after 26.4 update, also its greying out vibrant visuals too due to this issue
