So, me and my friend bought Minecraft today with the 15th anniversary discount so we could be able to play together, but everytime she opens Minecraft (directly, from the launcher or from her Xbox library) it always comes up with the error called "Drowned", which means that something went wrong while trying to log in with her Microsoft/Xbox account and it said that it could be easily repaired by restarting Minecraft or the PC, but we have done it a lot of times and have tried a lot of options we found on Google to fix it but still nothing changes and she's not able to play, at least multiplayer, which was the whole reason why she bought it. Can we know what is wrong with it, how to fix it or just get a refund? Thank you
