Dressing Room skin bug

It started to happen a bug in the dressing room on Bedrock since yesterday:

When I add my own skin and then I go to change my capes, my skin changes to a default one and it remains like that UNLESS I select the "classic skins" option. If I don't select that option, my skin doesn't change back to the one I created and I play as a default skin.

I reinstalled my Minecraft and the issue hasn't disappeared. I had to reinstall my entire Windows (not related to Minecraft), then I installed Bedrock again and this keeps happening.
