The map color of tuff block has brown compared to color palette of tuff blocks

The map color of tuff block is wrong color like a brown, same issue in MC-267562

Steps to reproduce

1. Fill tuff blocks using command: /fill ~1 ~1 ~1 ~9 ~1 ~9 tuff

2. Take a empty map then create a map

3. Compare the color of the tuff on map to the color palette of tuff blocks

Observed Result

The tuff block map color is brown.

Expected Behavior

The tuff block map color would be more gray.
