[MCPE-183326] Raid Omen can't trigger on pre-1.21 worlds

Whenever you try to trigger raid omen in worlds generated before 1.21 ,the effect does not appear and no raid starts.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected result: Raid Omen is triggered and a raid begins 30 seconds later

Observed Result:Raid omen does not trigger and no raid is begun

It does seem to also happen on a local copy.Sorry for filing under realms I was unaware of this at the time.
