I've noticed on Minecraft mobile, when Split Controls are turned off, armor stands are editable through blocks. This can be recreated by positioning the touch circle, and then moving without changing the position of the touch circle, until the position of the circle relative to the player is located at the armor stand.
It works through any block. In the video I demonstrate with glass, but it works through solid blocks, like concrete, too and all other blocks that I've tried.
