Hello,
I play minecraft bedrock on pc or switch.
For a while now, I've been trying to connect to online multiplayer on PC or Switch with a friend who plays on Switch.
When I try to connect to her, an error message ap
pears:
"A problem has occurred connecting to the world. Please try again. If this error persists, check your internet connection or try restarting Minecraft.
Unable to connect to the world"
For the situation, she or I manage to connect to the Minecraft online server, we had already played online multiplayer with another person, or we had already played online together on another big game.
We don't understand why it's not working.
We have a very good connection.
I've already asked Microsoft support for help, and they've advised me to consider it a bug.
I tried to find out if the bug existed, but could only find it through PlayStation.
Thank you for your understanding.
