I have reported this before and you stated it was fixed but is is still a problem. This is going to be long because this needs to be addressed and fixed. When I create a world with ANY addons, some do not show for others. THIS IS NOT ON MY END. I tried the addons on my PC and Xbox on my realms and on normal worlds. I have tried other accounts. Deleting everything I have downloaded and I have had 3 other people join my WORLDS and they also can't see the addons. I have joined other peoples worlds on several accounts and cannot see the addons for myself.
I have attached 2 screenshots, one from my POV and the other from my friend. THE ATTACHMENTS ARE ON TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS. It doesn't happen to specific addons. I tried only one or two addons and I have tried 19 of them and it always happens. When you delete everything and reinstall it again then you cant see different ones but you cant with others and seems to random what ones you can/cant see. This is urgent because I have spent a lot of money on these addons for my server and people cannot see cannot see them. Please fix this.

It looks like there's a missing texture pack.
If you go into the world settings, check that both the required resource packs and behaviour packs are enabled.
Other than that, if you're looking for addons I'd recommend mcpedl.com for free addons and packs made by the community 🙂

I have set up another account on my Xbox to see if this is the issue and I don't see them as active packs when in the world on my secondary account. I am guessing miscellaneous is the damage indicator addon. On my main account (the one who made the world)I can see them fine but others aren't receiving the resource packs themselves. By the way these are from the marketplace and aresold for money, I don't use outside websites because of security and complicated reasons. So that should mean they should work for everyone who pays for them and Minecraft (for me is a shared experience) and should work for those people I intend to share it with.
I think this pack below is meant to be the damage indicator but isn't showing. I guessed this based on the file size.

Are you enabling the resource pack for the addon in your Global Resources, or in the specific Resource Packs menu for the world? It needs to be specifically enabled on the world in order to be accessible to guests that join the world. You should also check the option in the world's Resource Packs menu to require players to accept resource packs to join. The Global Resources menu of the player that joins, which is what you show in the final screenshot of your comment, is irrelevant.
