Baby Zombie Jockey and Baby Zombie villager Jockey can't ride Zombified Piglin Riding a Strider

While testing out the zombie baby villager jockey mechanics which states that it has the ability to ride zombified piglins when attacking players or when it's original ride dies, in observation, the Zombie baby villager jockey doesn't approach or ride the zombified piglin riding a strider, which would originally result in a triple stackΒ

Β

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Summon a baby zombie jockey

  2. Kill kill it's original ride, if applicableΒ

  3. Summon an adult strider jockey (Zombified piglin as passenger)

Observation:

The baby zombie villager jockey can't ride or will not ride the zombified piglin riding the strider, in which sources like the minecraft wiki (still not sure if it's valid source) states that Zombified piglin is one of the mobs it can ride

You reported a parity issue. We are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:

  • The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version

  • The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other

  • The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before

Mobs have never been able to ride mobs that are themselves riding other mobs in Bedrock Edition, which makes this an invalid parity issue.
