I can't login to minecraft for ps4

I have tried to log into minecraft ps4 but it tells me that the account is already linked to another but I don't remember linking any accounts so I have tried with other accounts but they don't work and I keep getting the same error I have tried to look for a solution but I can't find it and I only find that other people have the same thing happening to them, I hope you can help me to solve this error.
