On my Nintendo switch I tried to craft a minecart with furnace, then it did not work so I tried to get it in creative mode and it was not there so I tried to use commands and it did not work at all!

There is no bug with Minecarts with Furnace on MCPE, as they don't exist at all. There is no other Bedrock Edition project so this is not a bug at all. However Minecarts with Furnaces do exist on Java Edition.

Furnace minecarts do not exist in Bedrock Edition. Not a bug, and you’re on the wrong project.
