[MCPE-18398] Highest Enchantment level In End City is only at 1

I've been exploring so many End city. But it seems that I can only find Enchanted Items with level 1 (Sharpness 1, etc...). In MCPC It can be up to level 4 (Protection 4, etc...)

MCPE-18335 The enchantments in endcitys are always level 1. On pc you will find very high enchancement levels on tools and armour. Resolved
