Freezes occur frequently while playing. Frequency of occurrence is 1 to 5 times per minute. Average duration of occurrence is 5 to 6 seconds. If it is longer than that, the app will be displayed as unresponsive. There are no conditions that make it more likely to occur. It also occurs below: During the freeze, only the screen remains still, and the in-game time continues to progress even during the freeze. It has been over 7 months since this symptom appeared. Please investigate the cause as soon as possible.
