Every time my internet resets all add-ons or textures from the marketplace are removed from the availible packs and I have to go into marketplace and select the button that says "Activate Add-On!". Then i always have to do that every time minecraft is signed out, then back in.

However, this issue is Invalid.
This kind of problem can happen when you use a different account to access the Store than you use to sign in for Minecraft. The Xbox app can diagnose this problem and help you fix it.
