The Bug:
Players do not have respawn immunity, unlike Java. This means in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, players can take damage and possibly die even before 3 seconds after respawning, allowing easy spawn kills. In Java Edition, the player gets a 3 second invulnerability after respawning before they can start taking damage. This is mentioned on the Minecraft Wiki.
Steps to Reproduce:
This is not the only way to reproduce this bug.
Follow all the steps to reproduce MCPE-180791, using the video from the linked bug report:
At one point in the video, the player takes damage from the lava cauldron immediately after respawning, even before 3 seconds after respawning.
Alternative Steps:
Create a flat world.
Set your difficulty to hard.
Place a bed of any colour.
Set your spawn point in the bed.
Summon many husks around your bed.
Set your gamemode to survival.
Die to the husks near your bed and respawn.
You may take damage even before 3 seconds after respawning.
Alternative steps to reproduce 2:
Look at the GIF. The player takes damage by baby zombies even before 3 seconds after respawning.

Expected Result:
The player will have a 3-second invulnerability after respawning just like Java. Fixing this parity issue also fixes MCPE-175699.
Observed Result:
The player has no respawn immunity unlike Java Edition.

This somehow relates to MCPE-175699, as during respawning, mobs attack you before you can even start moving, even before 3 seconds
