Steps to reproduce:
Build this setup:

is set to false:/gamerule dotiledrops false
Destroy the supporting blocks of each pillar
Observed result:
Pointed dripstone does not drop at all.
Expected result:
Pointed dripstone consistently drops (one at the first pillar, three at the second pillar), like in Java Edition.
Notes:
MC-208062 was resolved as Works As Intended.
