Steps to reproduce:
Select a language other than English
Create/load into world with cheats enabled
Run
/tellraw @a {text:"text"}
Observed result:
The error message "Missing '}' or object member name" is not translated.
Expected result:
The error message "Missing '}' or object member name" is translated into your selected language.
Notes:
If you open the language file for en_us
inside the bedrock-samples GitHub repository or find it in your Minecraft folder and search for "Missing '}' or object member name" translation key, you will notice that it is nowhere to be found.

Can confirm in 1.21.2. I think it would be better to change the title to "Missing '}' or object member name" error message seems to be hardcoded

Notice that the appeared error message "Missing '}' or object member name" is not translated.
The second way:
Open the language file for en_us inside bedrock-samples github repo or find it in your minecraft folder
Search for "Missing '}' or object member name" translation key. Notice that it is nowhere to be found.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
