Constant frame drop caused by a cpu limited by Minecraft

I contacted you the last month about frame rate performance on the suggested graphic and render distance. Now i bought a powerful ipad air with the M2 chip and 8 GB Ram. At the first it worked really fine, but started to drain battery and getting warm (not hot, the normal operationg temperature). After, the next day with the same graphics settings the game started stuttering more and more (but not getting hot and drain less batter), like it was a preventive eco mode... I tried to disable in the options.txt file but still stuttering on that powerful device.. Please fix because i reported already you to the Apple support and they also said to me that my ipad, after their tests, worked fine. That's a your problem, my iPad is brand new and i used to play to med-low graphics (8-10 chunk), 10 still a little laggy, also if the suggested render distance is 12... resolve this please or i need my money back from the game. That's really a bad experience.
